I have rented a spacious 1-bedroom apartment in a newly modeled building Richmond Square 1 (300 Regina Street North) on 12th floor. It has a very spacious drawing room and an extra large bedroom. There is a south-facing balcony with a nice panoramic view. I (male, 27 yrs) would be living there alone till February 28, 2006 and would like to sublet the drawing room to another male till then. I would be staying in the bedroom and we will share the kitchen and bathroom. The apartment is well furnished. There are dining table, four chairs, three-seater sofa, one rocking chair, a futon for renter, etc.
I am asking for $400/month. This includes the utilities like water, electricity, heating, TV, high-speed internet. The kitchen has a microwave oven, regular oven, stove,
fridge, etc. You're welcome to share all of this. Laundry facilities are available in the basement. Underground parking is also available, if you need.
There are recreational facilities like swimming pool, gym, billiards table, squash courts in the building which you can use for free. The address is 300 Regina Street N, Waterloo,
ON N2J3B8. It is about 20 minute walking from the UW campus. There is a bus-stop right in the front of the building which takes you directly to the campus.
